Bacolod’s most vibrant and colorful MassKara Festival will once again reignite the spirits of tourists and locals this year. With its exhilarating activities, the eagerly awaited MassKara Festival 2024 will officially kick off from October 11 to 27, filling the urban streets of Bacolod with an electrifying and joyful atmosphere.

Mark your calendars for the thrilling lineup of activities scheduled for MassKara Festival 2024:

• October 11 – Grand Salubong
• October 4 to 25 – Masskaralympics
• October 19 – Miss Supercity Bacolod
• October 15 to 17 – Masskanamit Cookfest
• October 25 to 27 – Lacson Masskara 2024: Kingdom
• October 25 – Masskarade Ball
• October 26 – Masskara Electrika Diva
• October 27 – Street Dance and Arena


MassKara Festival

Save the date and witness the exhilarating festival opening on October 12.

In addition, the festival site opening will take place on October 12 at the Bacolod City Public Plaza. At 7:00 PM, the magnificent parade of lights will dazzle the festivalgoers.

You can also catch these performers at Bacolod City Government Center: Ate Gay and Sarah G impersonation on October 19 at 8:00 PM; Brownman Revival on October 12 at 10:00 PM; and the Filipino boy band BGYO on October 25 at 9:00 PM. These are just a few surprise acts to entertain you during this festival in Bacolod.

Surely, the Masskara Festival wouldn’t be complete without the most exciting thing to do—a food trip! One thing you shouldn't miss in Bacolod is the homegrown taste of the food, such as chicken inasal and cansi. It’s not hard to find these delicious dishes because, during the festival, there's an overwhelming array of food options to choose from—from the plaza and food stalls to restaurants. You can find these dishes anywhere you go.
