From being a doll house, this Iloillo mansion-like was turned into a residential facility, providing assisted care for the elderly. The mansion was also turned into a hometel to cater to more people and opened to the public just last year.

As a hometel, this mansion in Iloilo has the facilities of a hotel but operates like a home. It has several rooms spread across a three-story facility. Solo rooms and family room options allow you to enjoy your privacy even when traveling with a group. The hotel has three air-conditioned rooms and six fan rooms.
For 15,000 per night, you can rent the villa, which can accommodate up to 20 people. Additional pax are charged per head. The mansion home can host up to 30 pax, so it’s perfect for exclusive get-togethers or private gatherings. Guests can enjoy a night or early morning swim during their stay. For those who only want a room, they have accommodation ranging from PhP999 to PhP2,250 per night.

If you’re looking for a private venue for your special events, this Iloilo mansion-like also offers party packages. They are also open for bigger events with up to 200 guests.
