Pier 88 Ventures Inc. and Topline Group of Companies launched the first-ever 3-phased port, Pier 88, last June in Liloan, Cebu.

The project links Liloan to other islands and destinations around Cebu, providing easier access and another alternative route for travelers bound for Northern Cebu, as the Liloan port also serves as an economic gateway for the passengers.

Other than being a gateway for Cebu-bound commuters, Pier 88 Liloan Cebu also boasts other services and amenities such as Pier Bridge and Deck, Banking Services, Mooring Dolphins, Storage, Leisure and Island Hopping Terminal, Trucking, Arrastre, Pedestrian Bollards, Porterage, Ramps for berthing, Truck Weighing Scale, Stevedoring, and Cargo Handling.

Pier 88 features a green commercial building equipped with solar panels and designed with relaxing sea-front views that aim to give a comfortable view to the commuters. [1] Within the vicinity, there is a two-story, fully air-conditioned building that has a waiting area on the first floor, multiple ticketing counters, comfort rooms, and an upcoming Land Transportation Office, as well as commercial spaces like al fresco restaurants and attractions, located at the second floor.

Topline Group of Companies President and CEO Eugene Erik Lim says Pier 88 is not purely for cargo services or a port-only establishment but a mixed-used development incorporating retail, a port, and other commercial services. He added that they aim for passengers to relax inside the establishment or the Liloan pier and port while waiting for their scheduled trips.

This port in Liloan, Cebu, is within the vicinity of a 3-hectare land that aids mobility and connectivity, as well as serving as a marine highway bridging the municipality of Liloan to other parts of the island of Cebu.

Pier 88 also partners with three other companies: Viking Land, Municipality of Liloan, and FL International.

Just recently, Pier 88 Liloan Cebu announced that it will now serve the Liloan-Mactan Island route once the vessel of Topline Seabus that can accommodate 150 passengers is already available. [2] Since the start of the pier’s operations, Aznar Shipping, Super Shuttle Ferry, and OceanJet are the 3 ships operating and serving the passengers traveling from Camotes Island to Cebu.

The Topline Group of Companies, one of the partners of Pier 88 Cebu, is known for its quality business solutions through diverse subsidiaries and affiliates that drive progress and advancement in their market. [3] This group of companies is responsible for services such as conducting research and development in modern applications and technology, energy and power development, equity management, and transport and logistics.
