If you’re staying at Shangri-La at the Fort or just near the area, you may want to try High Street Café, one of the many dining establishments in the hotel. Bringing nine culinary neighborhoods together, High Street Café offers an all-day dining experience where you can choose from Western, Asian, and Mediterranean dishes.

There are also food stations dedicated to seafood, salads, and desserts. Craving for rotisserie dishes? High Street Café can satisfy your craving as it is the only buffet in Metro Manila with a full rotisserie section. And if you’re a busy person, you can start the day right with a filling breakfast from Grand and Go, a breakfast-on-the-go trolley at High Street Café. Make-your-own-hot-chocolate and liquid nitrogen stations are also available.




Brassiere on 3 (Conrad Manila)

Brasserie on 3 serves dishes with organic and locally-sourced ingredients.


One of the restaurants in Conrad Manila is Brasserie on 3. It features an extensive array of buffet dishes with organic, seasonal produce as well as ingredients that are sourced locally. The hotel even has a veranda garden where they grow herbs and other produce.

Brasserie on 3 has the usual food stations of salads, seafood, main dishes, and desserts. But what makes it different from other buffet restaurants is that it offers a sinigang (sour broth with meat or fish and vegetables) station. You can sample pork, salmon, or shrimp sinigang to keep you warm on a rainy day. It also features an open kitchen setup and live cooking stations that make buffet dining more enjoyable. Brasserie on 3 has indoor and outdoor terrace dining areas that can accommodate 236 people.


Food Exchange Manila (Novotel)

Food Exchange Manila serves international dishes with an open kitchen setup.


If you’re in the Cubao area, you may want to try the different buffet dishes at Food Exchange Manila, located at Novotel Manila Araneta Center. The restaurant’s international food menu features grilled meat, Chinese, Pan-Asian, Filipino, and Indian dishes, as well as seafood, salads, and a wide range of desserts. Food Exchange Manila also showcases an open kitchen setup for a livelier buffet dining experience.
