Valentine’s Day, one of the most anticipated events of the year, lies on a weekday. Couples and families alike going out on Valentine’s Day are advised to expect heavy traffic in major roads of Metro Manila. Some restaurants and hotels offer Valentine’s promos which are up for grabs.
