We start off our list with The Wholesome Table, which garnered 6% of the votes. Founded by model-turned-restaurateur Bianca Araneta and his husband Juan Elizalde, this restaurant serves comfort food using organic ingredients. Aside from using organic produce, they use meat from grass-fed cows, free-range eggs, and wild-caught seafood in their dishes.

Menu highlights include vegan BBQ salad, chicken miso ramen, and soy ice cream, among others. The Wholesome Table can also accommodate diners with certain dietary restrictions. Most menu items have vegan, nut-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free versions.

4. Juju Eats

Earth Kitchen takes the third spot in our poll. It is a farm-to-table restaurant offering healthy, local, and sustainable food. The establishment is the result of a partnership between Got Heart Foundation and Hizon’s Catering.

Earth Kitchen sources their ingredients from the Got Heart Farms in Tarlac and other partner communities. The produce they use in their dishes are free from chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, and synthetic fertilizers. The dishes they serve are made from scratch, from their best-selling appetizer of shrimp spring rolls to scrumptious desserts like goat cheese ice cream.
