With the traffic to brave every day, the queues to endure to get anywhere, and the pollution to get used to, it won’t be surprising if you start itching for a vacation. But deadlines, prior commitments, and just life in general can get in the way sometimes, forcing you to keep postponing your getaway until it never actually happens.

1. Azure Urban Resort Residences

Where: 1732 W Service Road, Parañaque

Azure Urban Resort’s man-made beach is the complex’s prime amenity.



Sitting on a six-hectare site with nine residential buildings, Azure Urban Resort Residences aims to “set a new benchmark for 21st century tropical living.” It features a man-made beach that serves as the centerpiece of the entire complex.

There are two residential units available, which are the ground floor and the beachfront units. Retail units are also available for entrepreneurs. Other amenities of the condo include a 25-meter lap pool, a beach volleyball court, and a basketball court.




2. Royal Palm Residences

Where: Acacia Avenue, Taguig

Royal Palm Residences is composed of ten buildings in total.



Royal Palm Residences takes inspiration from Thai resort villas. Sprawling over 4.12 hectares of land, it is made up of eight mid-rise buildings with five floors each and two high-rise buildings with eighteen floors each.

There are one-, two-, or three-bedroom bare, semi-furnished, and fully furnished units available. Royal Palm Residences has a total of 35 amenities, both for passive leisure and active play. Sample amenities for passive leisure include pocket gardens, gazebos, and a sky lounge while amenities for active play include Tai-chi grounds, a lap pool, and a fitness gym.


3. One Oasis Ortigas

One Oasis Ortigas is situated in a low-density community.



One Oasis Ortigas sits on a 4-hectare land area with more than 60% of the entire community dedicated to open spaces as well as indoor and outdoor amenities. It is also the sole mid-rise condominium complex in the Ortigas Avenue Extension area with five unit types available: studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and commercial.

The complex also features pen spaces, resort-inspired environs, and garden landscapes. Some of its amenities include a multi-purpose clubhouse, a lap pool, an entertainment center, and adult and kiddie pools.


4. The Beacon

Where: Don Chino Roces Avenue corner Arnaiz Avenue, Legazpi Village, Makati

Positioned just a few blocks away from Makati’s retail and office hubs, The Beacon promises rest, recreation, and relaxation to its tenants despite being in one of the Metro’s most thriving cities.

The complex is composed of three towers: Amorsolo, Arnaiz, and Roces. Studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units are available in all three buildings. Amenities include a 250-square meter full-sized gym and spa, 500 square meters of lounges and function rooms, a 450-square meter pool, and even a mini theatre.




5. Flair Towers

Where: Reliance corner Pines Street, Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City

Flair Towers prioritize the free flow of light and ventilation.



Comprised of 41 storeys in a 1.4-hectare area, Flair Towers is only 15 minutes away from Mandaluyong City’s big offices and establishments. Through its pioneering Lumiventt Design Technology, which allows sufficient light and fresh air to fill all nooks and crannies of high-rise buildings, light and ventilation can be enjoyed throughout the entire area.

Flair Towers’ two buildings, the North Tower and the South Tower, have 41 levels each and amenities include a sky lounge, a game room, function rooms, and a picnic area. A landscaped sky patio can also be found on every five floors.
