Being the most populous city in the entire country with more than three million people in a land area of more than 161 square kilometers, you can find almost everything in Quezon City (QC). It is home to many large universities such as Ateneo De Manila and University of the Philippines Diliman which offer Master’s courses, as well as many large companies and offices. QC also has a list of condominiums that have convenient locations in the middle of these schools and offices.

So whether you’re currently trying to climb the academe ladder by taking up your Master’s degree or focusing all your energy on your career (or maybe even both!), here are 10 condominiums in Quezon City you might want to consider.


1. Vista Pointe Katipunan

Address: Katipunan Avenue corner B. Gonzalez, Katipunan, Quezon City

One of the common areas in the condo; the second through seventh floors of the building are for parking.



A project by Vista Residences, Vista Pointe Katipunan is a 37-story building near Ateneo de Manila University and Miriam College with 24 units per floor. Its 27-square meter one-bedroom unit is available for preselling at PhP4,400,000 with a reservation fee of PhP30,000. Some student-friendly amenities that can be found in the condo are an e-library, a sky garden, and a pool area. Other amenities include a gym and a function hall.

How to get there: From LRT 2 Katipunan station, walk towards the jeepney terminal across Esteban Abada Street. Ride the jeepney and alight at Ateneo De Manila University. Right across the university is Vista Pointe Katipunan.


2. The Arton by Rockwell

Address: Along Aurora Boulevard, Quezon City

Some of The Arton’s amenities include a co-working space (featured above), a swimming pool, a gym, and a basketball court.



Self-proclaimed as “Katipunan’s first high-end and high-rise” development, The Arton by Rockwell has Rock-well Land as its developer. It is adjacent to big universities such as Ateneo De Manila University and University of the Philippines Diliman, as well as many churches, hospitals, and commercial centers. They have four units available, namely: a 27 to 29-square meter studio unit priced between PhP4,100,000 to PhP4,500,000; a 47 to 49-square meter one-bedroom unit for PhP6,300,000 to PhP7,400,000; an 82 to 86-square meter two-bedroom unit for PhP11,000,000 to PhP12,500,000; and a 103-square meter three-bedroom unit for PhP14,000,000 to 16,000,000.

How to get there: From Cubao, ride the LRT 2 train and alight at Katipunan station. After about a seven-minute walk from the LRT 2 Katipunan station exit, you will see The Arton.




3. Infina Towers

Address: 922 Aurora Boulevard, Barangay Marilag, Quezon City

Examples of amenities found in Infina towers are a pool deck, landscaped gardens, and a study room.



Infina Towers by DMCI Homes promises the perfect balance between urban and recreational living. Having a resort-themed community, the complex is very near schools such as the National College of Business and Arts and the Philippine School of Business Administration. Its North tower’s units include a 27.5 to 36 square meter studio unit for PhP18,600 to PhP21,297 monthly and a 48.5 square meter two-bedroom unit from PhP25,348 to PhP27,059 monthly. For its South tower, the 52.5 to 67 square meter two-bedroom unit is for PhP22,000 to PhP28,000 monthly while the 81.5 square meter three-bedroom unit is from PhP31,000 to PhP37,000 monthly.

How to get there: From Cubao, ride the LRT 2 train and alight at the next station, Anonas. You will find Infina Towers about 270 meters from Anonas station.


4. Blue Residences

Address: Katipunan Road corner Aurora Boulevard, Loyola Heights, Quezon City

Also close to Ateneo De Manila University, Miriam College, and University of the Philippines Diliman, Blue Residences is a project by SM Development Corporation (SMDC) that stands 40 storeys high. Available units include a 21.92-square meter studio unit for PhP3,236,235 and a 23.47-square meter one-bedroom unit for PhP2,591,145. Amenities of the complex include a function room, a children’s play area, a student lounge, and a roof deck lounge.

How to get there: After taking the Santolan-bound LRT 2 train, alight at Katipunan Station. SM Blue Residences is right across Esteban Abada Street.


5. Studio A

Address: Xavierville Avenue corner Esteban Abada Street, Loyola Heights, Quezon City

Some of Studio A’s amenities are a social hub, a sun deck, and a yoga/dance studio.



Situated along one of Quezon City’s busiest area (Xavierville Avenue and Esteban Abada Street), Studio A is a project by Filinvest. “Nature-inspired” and “resort-themed,” the single tower has 34 residential floors and 579 residential units in all. It is also accessible to schools such as St. Theresa College, Miriam Colege, and Ateneo De Manila University. Its available units include a 23-square meter studio unit for PhP3,100,000; a 30-square meter one-bedroom unit for PhP4,500,000; and a 46-square meter two-bedroom unit also for PhP4,500,000.

How to get there: From LRT 2 Katipunan station, walk straight through Esteban Abada Street. You will find Studio A in the intersection of Esteban Abada and Xavierville.




6. The Amaryllis

Address: 12th Street corner E. Rodriguez Avenue, Brgy. Mariana, New Manila, Quezon City

Along E. Rodriguez, one of Quezon City’s longest avenues, is The Amaryllis by DMCI Homes. It is a one-tower, resort-themed, high-rise building which offers bare, semi-furnished, and fully-furnished two, three, and four bedroom units for rent. The bare two, three, and four-bedroom units have a price range between PhP22,000 to PhP35,000 a month. For the semi-furnished units, the price range is between PhP26,000 to PhP40,000 a month depending on how many bedrooms there are. For the fully-furnished units, the price range is between PhP30,000 to PhP45,000 a month. Nearby schools include La Salle Greenhills, Trinity University of Asia, and St. Paul University of Quezon City.

How to get there: Coming from Quezon City Circle via a car, take East Avenue and head towards Tomas Morato Avenue. From there, head straight to E. Rodriquez Avenue, take a left turn when you see Petron. Take the right lane and take the first street to your right which is 12th Street.


7. The Residences at Commonwealth

Address: Amsterdam Avenue, Don Antonio Drive, Barangay Batasan Hills, Quezon City

The Residences at Commonwealth is a project of Century Properties, and the developer aims for this property to have unique amenities compared to the usual condo. These special amenities include a three-storey clubhouse, a yoga deck, and an arts and crafts studio, among others. Units available in the property are a studio unit measuring 20 square meters with a final price of PhP3,300,000; a one-bedroom unit measuring 38 square meters with a final price of PhP6,500,000; and a two-bedroom unit measuring 61 square meters with a final price of PhP10,700,000. Some of the nearby schools in the property are University of the Philippines Diliman and New Era University.

How to get there: From Araneta Center Cubao, ride a bus going to Baclaran–San Mateo. Alight at Batasan San Mateo Road and walk for about 14 minutes until you reach Batasan Hills.




8. Stellar Place

Address: Visayas Avenue, Project 8, Quezon City

Stellar Place has three towers in total namely Claris, Magna, and Vega.



Being DMCI Homes’ fifth residential project located in Quezon City, Stellar Place promises a family-oriented and resort-like stay for its tenants. Some of its amenities are an entertainment room, landscaped gardens, a gazebo, and a sky lounge. It offers bare, semi-furnished, and fully-furnished studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units for rent. Depending on the room type, bare units range from PhP12,000 to PhP35,000 a month; semi-furnished units range from PhP15,000 to PhP40,000 a month; and fully-furnished units range from PhP17,000 to PhP50,000 a month.

How to get there: Using a car and taking EDSA Northbound turn right at East Avenue. Drive straight until you reach Quezon Memorial Circle. Turn right to Visayas Avenue. The property is on the left side.


9. Princeton Residences

Address: Beside LRT 2 Gilmore Station (South Entrance), Aurora Boulevard, Quezon City

Tenants can kick back after work or school at the condo’s sky lounge.



SMDC’s Princeton Residences is 41-storeys tall and is adorned by hotel-inspired interiors. Nearby schools include St. Paul College, Trinity University of Asia, and Kalayaan College. Two-bedroom corner units with a total area of 47.07 square meters are available for a final price of PhP5,036,000. The property also consists of a grand lobby at the seventh floor, swimming pools, and a sky lounge.

How to get there: From Cubao, take the LRT 2 line and alight to Gilmore Station. After exiting through the south entrance of the station, you will find Princeton Residences.


10. Zinnia Towers

Address: 1211 EDSA, Balintawak, Quezon City

Sitting on top of a 1.9 hectare piece of land, Zinnia Towers by DMCI Homes is a three-tower, high-rise development located in Balintawak. Some of the accessible schools are Lourdes School of Quezon City, Manila Central University, and University of the Philippines Diliman. For the North tower, there are studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units available. The studio unit has a final price of PhP2,084,250, and one-bedroom units range from PhP2,216,550 to PhP2,897,000 depending on the size of the room. Meanwhile, the two-bedroom unit has a final price of PhP3,400,000 and the three-bedroom unit is either PhP5,205,437 or PhP5,739,437 depending on room area.

As for the North tower, the one-bedroom unit ranges between PhP2,186,000 and PhP2,815,000 depending on the room’s area while the two-bedroom unit is either PhP3,264,000 or PhP5,099,000 also depending on total square meter area.

How to get there: From Quezon City Circle, head towards EDSA Balintawak while taking North Avenue. When you have reached LRT 1 Roosevelt station, take the leftmost lane and make a U-turn going to EDSA Southbound. After the U-turn, take rightmost lane and you will be able to see Zinnia Towers on your right.
