There are some good news to look forward to before September comes to an end. For one, the weather will finally be sunny all over Metro Manila with minimal chances of rain—making it an ideal weather to travel or commute. In the topic of commuting, weekend trips are now added to the Trinoma to Makati and SM North to SM Megamall point-to-point (P2P) bus routes. In addition, an Ortigas to Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) P2P bus route is also available now!

Weather: Mostly sunny skies all week in Metro Manila

The Metro Manila skies are expected to be mostly sunny this week. However, the chances for light showers will increase on the latter days of the week, particularly during the weekend. The temperature range is predicted to fall between 31 to 32 °C [1]. Bring an umbrella the whole week, as it can serve as protection from both the sun and the rain. Continue to monitor the weather situation by watching the news for sudden changes.

Several P2P routes now operational on weekends

Anyone who’s heading to the city during the weekend can now commute conveniently, as the Trinoma to Makati and the SM North to SM Megamall P2P routes now have weekend trips [2]. The Trinoma to Makati route will operate from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM. The regular one-way fare costs PhP75 and PhP60 for discounted. Meanwhile, there would be a total of 12 weekend trips for the SM North to SM Megamall route from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM. The one-way fare costs PhP50 and the discounted price is at PhP40.

The discounted fare prices are exclusive for persons with disabilities (PWDs), students, and senior citizens.

Ortigas to NAIA P2P bus route now available

In addition to P2P news, it would now be easier for commuters from Ortigas to go to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) since a new P2P route has been established last September 18. The route’s pick-up point is at Robinsons Galleria, and it will be operational from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. All of the buses will pass all four NAIA terminals. The fare for the one-way ticket is PhP70, while the discounted ticket price is yet to be announced.

For the full schedule with the estimated time of arrivals, check the Robinsons P2P Facebook page [3].
