Eton establishes Makati mini township development

Eton Properties, the real estate brand of the Lucio Tan Group, is set to develop a mini township property in Makati with the name Eton WestEnd Square.

The project is planned to have various offerings such as eco-friendly shops, online and tech companies, and other social enterprises. Serviced apartments will also be available at the 36-story Blakes Tower.

Also featured in the development will be the 13,955-square meter eWestPod building which will offer spaces for start-up, business process outsourcing (BPOs), and tech companies.

Eton WestEnd Square will also have a two-story eWestMall for shopping brands and dining establishments with a total leasable space of approximately 3,750 square meters.

According to Eton assistant vice president for marketing Martha Herrera-Subido, Eton WestEnd Square’s strategic location in West Makati is to their advantage.

“This mini-township is complete with features and amenities that support the sharing economy of the co-professional market. Found on the corner of Chino Roces Ave., Yakal, and Malunggay streets, there is easy access to buses, taxi cabs, shuttle vans, jeepneys, and even tricycles just outside the gates,” Herrera-Subido said.

Both eWestPod and eWestMall are planned to be completed before the end of the year [1].
