In Taguig City, Federal Land Inc. will build the second tower of Grand Hyatt Manila Residences to complete its New York-inspired Grand Central Park. Another development this time aiming to provide green and healthy living is the JEG Tower @ One Acacia. Developed by JEG Development Corporation (JDC), it is the first high-rise office building in the Queen City of the South. Meanwhile, more prime real estate developments go to Davao City as Sta. Lucia Land Inc. announces its new project, the Las Colinas Verdes, which is tagged as the Tagaytay of Davao City.

Project Announcements: New York living experience in Taguig

One of the country’s prime real estate developer, Federal Land Inc., wants to bring New York living to Filipinos through Grand Central Park. This 10-hectare mixed-use development is strategically located at the northern part of Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig [1].

This New York-inspired community is master-planned according to global standards to bring convenience and new trends to the homeowners and investors. Grand Central Park also aims to provide opportunities and activities in a more accessible location with its key financial, cultural, and lifestyle districts.

At the heart of Grand Central Park are Grand Hyatt Manila and Grand Hyatt Manila Residences. Opened early last year, the Grand Hyatt Manila offers a ‘living grand’ experience.

Carrying the renowned Grand Hyatt brand of hospitality and service, Grand Hyatt Manila Residences lies just right beside Grand Hyatt Manila. This 50-story tower possesses luxury services to their residents.

In a separate podium next to Grand Hyatt Manila, a second 50-story tower will also rise to welcome more residents. This tower will offer larger unit sizes, a balcony for each unit, amenities and more.

First high-rise office building in Cebu to rise

JEG Development Corporation (JDC) joins the green living initiative through its new project, the JEG Tower @ One Acacia. This is the first high-rise 22-story building in the Queen City of the South and it is also awarded Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certifications (a reliable green building rating system).

JDC COO Marko Sarmiento has stated that they are happy hearing about the number of projects that are getting certified by LEED. It gives assurance to property developers that going green will lead them to the right direction. This cutting-edge Grade A office building is set to be turned over in the first quarter of 2020. First residential development in Davao City to rise soon

Many top developers in the country opt to bring investment to provinces to provide city living in a healthy environment. Davao City, in particular, is also a top choice of developers as the next location for prime developments.

Sta. Lucia Land has announced its plans to build Las Colinas Verdes, the first residential development in Davao City. The 771-meter elevated location allows the future residents of Las Colinas Verdes to have a scenic cityscape view of Davao.

Sta. Lucia Land Inc. President Exequiel Robles said that they aim to provide the homeowners a sanctuary where they can settle conveniently. He also stressed that, aside from having a good investment location, Davao also has skilled and educated individuals, adequate infrastructure, and competitive cost of living [3].
