AboitizLand expanded to Central Luzon with two residential housing projects. The developer introduced two master-planned communities in Nueva Ecjia and Tarlac to provide a convenient lifestyle to home finders and investors. Meanwhile, in other property news, an office tower called The Brilliance Center will soon be opened in Bonifacio Global City (BGC). This tower is the first real estate development venture of Nation Paper Products & Printing Corp. (NAPPCO) Land Development Corporation. Read on to get the full details.

AboitizLand expands to Central Luzon
AboitizLand recently launched its flagship mid-market residential projects, Ajoya Cabanatuan in Nueva Ecija and Ajoya Capas in Tarlac. The expansion will continue to bring master-planned communities to families that desire to live in a more convenient setting.
Ajoya Cabanatuan will occupy a 19-hectare property, while Ajoya Capas will rise in a 13-hectare house-and-lot development. These two properties will both have 1,000 housing units each.
Another interesting feature is that they will apply a pure Filipino-made concept. For instance, future residents will live in a contemporary rendition of the Filipino bahay na bato (stone house).
Property prices will range from PhP13.2 million to PhP15.5 million for Ajoya Cabanatuan then Ajoya Capas’ will range from PhP11.7 million to PhP13.5 million [1].
New office tower to open for business this year in BGC
The Brilliance Center, Nation Paper Products & Printing Corp. (NAPPCO) Land Development Corporation’s first real estate development venture, has recently had its topping off ceremony. This 16-story office tower stands at the corner of 11th Avenue and 40th Street in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), a well-developed location near other business offices.
The building is set to be completed by the second quarter of 2019. While The Brilliance Center wants to provide more available offices for lease, they plan to construct 4,800 square meters’ worth of additional office spaces and an additional 600 square meters of retail areas [2].
LEED standards will be implemented in this project. To lower the energy consumption of the building, they are going to install insulated glass units, efficient air conditioning system, and regenerating elevator. The building will also be built with a water harvesting system to recycle and conserve water consumption.
Because The Brilliance Center is placed in a prime location along Uptown BGC, the accessibility to Fort Bonifacio gives their tenants more options to do businesses in a much convenient way. There will also be a transportation hub near the site which is already being constructed.
