Beginning as an Italian restaurant chain in the US, Buca Di Beppo has grown to more than 100 stores worldwide and now has opened its doors to Metro Manila—its first-ever branch in Southeast Asia.

This restaurant for large groups in Manila has an ideal appetizer, the Buca Trio Platter; it has all the favorites: fried mozzarella, stuffed mushrooms, and fried calamari, all served with homemade marinara sauce. Its famous Mang Benedict’s, for instance, is a play on the classic Eggs Benedict: chicken longganisa (sweet sausage) and poached egg are served on top of a piece of malunggay (Moringa) pandesal and are finished with hollandaise sauce.
