Project Announcement: SMDC’s new go-to property development in Laguna

In today’s growing number of real estate developments in the country, SMDC is inspired to do more projects to provide a tranquil yet accessible lifestyle to their clients. They are now developing SMDC Park Residences, which will rise in a five-hectare land beside SM City Santa Rosa in Laguna.

This development will feature 14 buildings inside the mall complex, with each building having five stories each. Future residents can choose from a studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom set-up. The minimum floor area is 28.52 square meters and units cost an average of P2.7 million [1].

With the residents’ wellness and social aspect in mind, this master-planned community has park-themed amenities, as well as a spacious garden that will allow tenants to enjoy the fresh air. While the property is inside the mall complex, future homeowners will have easy access to public transportation, business hubs, entertainment venues, restaurants, grocery shops, and other service stations.

The first batch of Camella Condo Homes (COHO) worth 20 billion pesos was launched across 25 locations around the country by one of the country’s leading property developers, Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc. [2].

Camella Condo Homes are mid-rise residential condominium buildings that range from 5 to 15 stories. They are located in highly urbanized cities and aim to provide their future residents with the most comfortable lifestyle possible. These high-quality and affordable units are set to cater to young professionals and starting families.

Vista Land Chairman Manuel Villar said that since Camella has been providing quality and affordable homes to Filipinos for decades now and they aim to expand their market across the Philippines through COHO.
