Avida Land launches Makati Southpoint

Real estate property giant Avida Land launched its newest project named Avida Towers Makati Southpoint to be built in the heart of Makati City [1]. Located at Chino Roces Avenue, Makati, the property offers studio-type units ranging from 23.30 square meters to 38.20 square meters in its first tower. The building features a central lobby, four elevators for every tower, emergency power, closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras in common areas, mailboxes for every unit at the individual towers, internet and cable television, among others.

The property is also equipped with water-efficient toilet fixtures, sensor-controlled hallway and podium parking lights, low solar heat gain glass windows and amenities like the clubhouse, multifunction area, children’s play area, swimming and kiddie pool, indoor gym, jogging path and wellness area. Its first tower is expected to be completed by 2024.

Active Group of Companies offers houses built to order

One of the Philippines’ leading developers, the Active Group of Companies, announced recently its “houses built to order” project at its subdivision, San Antonio South, in Biñan, Laguna [2]. While the project features affordable low-cost housing units, Active Group also continues the construction of its first-class development standards for the 35-hectare subdivision equipped with complete and centralized electrical and water facilities.

Up for sale are lots ranging from 60 square meters to 274 square meters. Prospective buyers can choose to have their house built from a choice of well-designed model houses. The location of the property is also strategic as it is accessible through the South Luzon Expressway and Santo Tomas Road from Metro Manila. Aside from the fact that it is on an elevated area of Biñan making it flood-free.

Pueblo de Oro Launch Pampanga project

In its continued thrust to provide quality and affordable homes, property developer Pueblo de Oro, a property arm of Investment & Capital Corporation of the Philippines, recently unveiled its newest project: La Aldea Fernandina 2 [3]. The 12-hectare property project is a Spanish-Mediterranean themed community located in Barangay Del Carmen in San Fernando City. It is composed of 1,000 townhouse units and features a village clubhouse, a full-sized basketball court, and a promenade path, among others.

Aside from the first batch of houses which are about 30 percent completed, other facilities such as the guardhouse, signage wall, and fence at the creek side are almost done. Other amenities include a transport terminal, pocket open spaces, a riverside linear park and jogging path.

Idesia Builds 167 houses in its Phase 1 project

Property developer P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation and its partner, Japan-based Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corporation, recently broke ground for the construction of initial 167 housing units at Idesia in Dasmariñas City, Cavite.
