Sleek and modern: the new look of The Podium

After a year of renovations, The Podium unveiled its new face to the public in late 2017. Along with a fresh new look, this mall in Ortigas also features new store openings! From world-famous cookie shops to high-class beauty brands, there are now more shops and restaurants to check out. Down below is a list of every new store opening that you should know about. Read on!


1. Ben’s Cookies

Ben’s Cookies, the world-famous cookie store from UK, has finally arrived in the Philippines! Established in 1983, Ben’s Cookies grew to be a big cookie chain that now has branches in countries like South Korea, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, United States. With a store now in the Philippines, you don't have to travel abroad to take a bite of Ben’s Cookies.

The shop offers an assorted 14 flavors. Some of the flavors to choose from are dark chocolate chunk (PhP90/piece), macadamia and white chocolate (PhP90/piece), and orange and milk chocolate (PhP90/piece). If you can’t decide to get just one flavor, why not get more? The Ben’s Box (PhP450/box of seven, PhP900/box of 15) is good for sharing, but it’s also okay to keep it to yourself if you want to try all the flavors!



2. La Senza

Ladies, here’s some good news: your one-stop shop for cute, sexy, affordable, and comfortable underwear is back at The Podium! The new and improved La Senza features a bigger space to showcase its products. You can choose from different types of flattering and stylish bras, panties, bodysuits, bustiers, and assorted types of lingerie. What’s more, La Senza has an extensive collection of items that flatters different body types, so you’re sure to find something in your size.


3. Nike Park

Nike is also another brand that returned to The Podium after the renovation. Nike is known for its athletic shoes, apparel, and sports equipment, and its Nike Park store in is guaranteed to be a haven for sneakerheads and active folks.

Each part of the store was updated to make it more modern and have more spacious walkways for customers. In addition, shopping for sneakers, shirts, shorts, and athletic wear will be easier and more convenient with the organized space and shelves.



4. Dior

Location: Ground floor

An avid fan of French beauty brand Dior? You don’t have to go all the way to Makati to buy your must-have items now that Dior has opened in The Podium. The store is located at the ground floor, and it offers a wide array of high-end lipstick and perfumes. For skin care addicts, you can also score Dior’s new line of skin care products in this branch.


5. Estee Lauder

If you want more options for your beauty finds, then drop by another major skin care and cosmetic brand within the mall: Estee Lauder. Estee Lauder has been a big name in the beauty industry over the decades and with its new store in The Podium, long-time customers can get their favorite items easier.

Besides high-quality makeup, Estee Lauder is also a go-to brand for captivating perfume. It also has a skin care line consisting of products that cater to various skin problems like aging.



6. Salvatore Cuomo Cafe

The casual and vibrant cafe can be a great hangout place for friends or workmates.

After the success of his eponymous restaurant, Chef Salvatore Cuomo opens his new venture: Salvatore Cuomo Cafe. The restaurant opened at The Podium last July and, in keeping with the chef’s other restaurants, Salvatore Cuomo Cafe serves up affordable and appetizing dishes.

In the cafe’s menu are different styles of pizza and other Italian cuisine. Its cozy and light atmosphere gives you a much-needed breath of fresh air in the Ortigas business district, taking your stress away after a tiring day at work.


7. Kiehl’s

Location: Ground level

Kiehl’s was established in New York City in 1851.

Kiehl’s is also back at The Podium with a revamped store. Skin care addicts vouch for this cult favorite’s line of effective products that cater to different skin types. The 168-year-old brand gained its reputation for putting skin concerns first over trends. Each product from Kiehl’s caters to different skin needs like acne, eye care, lip care, UV protection, lifting and firmness, hydration, tone and texture, uneven skin tone, oil control, fine lines and wrinkles, and enlarged pores.



With The Podium’s renovation bringing about new shopping and dining hubs, this mall might just become your next favorite place in the metro!

The Podium is open from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM from Monday to Friday and 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.



How to go to The Podium: The Podium is located at 12 ADB Ave, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila. To get there, take the MRT-3 and get off at Ortigas Station. Exit via the stairs on the northbound side, then walk to the left (when facing EDSA) to the direction of SM Megamall.

Enter SM Megamall Building A and exit at the entrance facing Dona Julia Vargas Ave. From there, walk to the left. Take the footbridge to cross the road and walk straight ahead past St. Francis Square Mall. The Podium is next to St. Francis Square Mall.
