With three residential projects in Metro Manila’s major cities, Quadruple A developer D.M. Consunji Inc. (DMCI) Homes is on a roll. Giving prominence to a sustainable and comfortable lifestyle even in the center of the bustling city streets, DMCI applies its signature Lumiventt Technology in its three new condo projects: Aston Residences in Pasay City and Cameron Residences and The Cresmont in Quezon City. This design lets natural light and ventilation reach the rooms through three-story high breezeways, single-loaded hallways, and landscaped atriums.

Meanwhile, other real estate developers also innovate and create diverse residential properties suitable for every Filipino family. For one, the ongoing Ajoya Community in Pampanga by AboitizLand is inspired by the Filipino bahay na bato (stone house). Another is Megaworld’s continued expansion in Arcovia Palazzo in Pasig, adding three residential towers to the township. In Cebu, Visayas, Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) have acquired and is planning renovations for the Abaca Resort Mactan. Lastly, eight top-performing companies in the Philippines made it on Forbes list, including real estate giants in the country. For the complete details on these property news, read on!
