Project Announcements

Ayala Land builds luxury residential spaces in Quezon City

Property giant Ayala Land Premier is set to complete Parklinks North Tower, its first luxury residential condominium in Quezon City, in 2025. Parklinks North Tower is a joint project between Ayala and Eton Properties Philippines. Rising 55 floors from the ground, the condo will be situated on the 3.5-hectare sprawling estate near Marikina River. As the estate is envisioned to be the greenest urban estate in Metro Manila, half of it will have green gardens and a central park.

The residential tower offers 280 large format units varying in type from one to four-bedroom units. Rooms will have wide floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies to maximize and emphasize the Antipolo mountain views. The tower also offers limited villa units, like the bi-level Horizon Villa and four-bedroom Sky Villa. Amenities will include a 21-meter infinity pool, kiddie pool, bi-level gym center, social hall, sports court, and a play area for children [1].

Global-Estate Resorts Inc. introduces The Burgundy Tower

Global-Estate Resorts Inc. (GERI), a subsidiary of Megaworld, is developing the second tower for Tulip Gardens in its 561-hectare Southwood City Township. Following the success of its first tower, The Burgundy Tower will rise 22-stories high and will have 361 residential units. Studio units ranging up to 24.5 square meters (sqm) and one-bedroom units with balconies ranging up to 41.5 sqm will be the choices for potential buyers [2].

The tower will be surrounded by landscaped and manicured gardens to highlight a healthy and green community lifestyle. The Burgundy Tower’s occupants can enjoy amenities like the jogging paths, swimming pools for adults and children, pool deck and cabanas, fitness center, play areas, and a multipurpose hall. The tower is also 30 minutes away from the Makati Central Business District and Fort Bonifacio and 10 minutes away from Alabang’s business district. The turnover of the units will be in 2024.

Ortigas & Company breaks ground for The Galleon

A groundbreaking ceremony was held recently by Ortigas & Company for its newest development, The Galleo, a mixed-use two-tower project in Ortigas Center [3]. The first to be built is The Offices, a 31-level tower that will open its doors to multinational companies, conglomerates, and professional firms. The Offices and the second tower, a residential condominium, will share a two-level podium complex for restaurants and retail stores. The Galleon is strategically located along ADB Avenue and EDSA, giving convenience to future occupants.

Mabuhay Tower to offer more office spaces to BPO companies in Cebu City

Mabuhay Tower is a 17-story office building that offers nearly 9,100 sqm in gross leasable area and is expected to be completed in 2020. Marketed by Leechiu Property Consultants (LPC), the new office building will be built in Cebu Business Park to attract entrepreneurs and business process outsourcing (BPO) companies [4]. The tower is also a sequel to the Mabuhay Tower at Cebu IT Park which is fully tenanted with small and medium-sized BPO companies.

8900 Holding Inc.’s Adama Resort Siquijor aims to offer extravagant island getaway

A 2-hectare resort project of 8900 Holding Inc., Adama Resort Siquijor is a luxury resort with its own private white sand beach and state-of-the-art amenities that highlight the beauty of Siquijor’s crystal clear water. Designed to take advantage of the natural light and scenery, all 250 rooms are painted with relaxing earth tone colors. An exclusive butler service complemented by the property will also be available. The project is seen to be a potential popular tourist destination in the Visayas, and the property developer aims to complete the project before 2020 [5].
