This 2023, Robinsons Hotels and Resorts rolled out new convenient accommodation services such as the 24-hour stay or Go 24/7.

The era of revenge travel is still alive this year, given the evident flock of tourists, various promos and seat sales, and the Philippines welcoming visitors and tourists. To accommodate guests more flexibly, the new Go 24/7 shall allow guests to choose when to check in with this new 24-hour hotel accommodation considering their travel itineraries and flight schedules. Under the Go 24/7, Robinsons Hotels will let their guests avail of a hotel stay and room accommodation for 24 hours. The check-in time will then be up to the customer, instead of the usual 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM check-in time and 12:00 NN check-out. Hotel guests can anticipate their room ready anytime they check in if they book a reservation with Go Hotesl 72 hours before or at least three days before their stay.

According to Joy de Mesa, RHR Group Director for Sales and Marketing, Robinsons Hotels would be one of the industry’s first to launch the 24-hour hotel stay. She also added that guests would no longer worry about where to go and would have a comfortable place to stay with Go Hotels.

The Go 24/7 hotel accommodation is now initially available at seven properties in Iloilo, Dumaguete, Otis-Manila, Tacloban, Mandaluyong, Lanang-Davao, and Puerto Princesa Palawan. So if one is looking for where to stay in Palawan, Go Hotels in Puerto Princesa can accommodate a 24-hour hotel stay.

Robinsons Hotels is looking forward to the Go 24/7 being available in 20 more properties of Robinsons Hotels and Resorts.

Guests can avail of the Go 24/7 for as low as PhP1,600. Rates are higher than the usual hotel room rates, but the guarantee of a place to stay with the guest’s flexible arrival comes with the hotel price for the Go 24/7 service. The guest can also rebook this with no additional or extra fees. Rebooking a hotel reservation should be done at least 48 hours before the time or date of arrival.

GO365 is available for all Go Hotels, Go Hotels Plus, Summit Hotels and Resorts, and Grand Summit properties.
