The domestic boutique airline based in Manila, Sunlight Air Philippines, has announced a significant change in its operations, starting April 1, 2024, as it shifts its central hub from Ninoy Aquino International Airport to Clark International Airport.

As a result of this airline relocation, existing routes from NAIA to Busuanga, Del Carmen Siargao, and Iloilo will now operate from Clark. The only remaining service at NAIA will be the route to Cebu, which will continue unchanged. Unfortunately, flights to Camiguin will be stopped.

Until March 31, 2024, most of Sunlight Air Philippines’ flights will still depart from and arrive at NAIA Terminal 4, with shuttle services between Manila and Clark available.

From April 1, 2024, all flights between Manila and Coron, Siargao, Naga, and San Vicente will operate exclusively from Clark International Airport, including a new nonstop service to Boracay. However, flights to Camiguin will be discontinued.

Sunlight Air's operations at NAIA Terminal 4 will focus solely on flights between Manila and Cebu. Beginning April 1, Clark and Cebu will serve as Sunlight Air's main hubs, with Manila as a key focus city.

Nonstop services between Clark and Coron, Siargao, and Naga will start on April 1, with those to San Vicente beginning on April 4.

The airline’s announcement also includes additional routes opening on April 1 and in the following months:

• Manila - Cebu - Manila from April 1
• Cebu - Coron - Cebu from April 1
• Cebu - Siargao - Cebu from April 1
• Clark - Boracay - Clark from April 30
• Cebu - Boracay - Cebu from April 30
• Cebu - Iloilo - Cebu from July 1
• Cebu - Cagayan de Oro - Cebu from July 2
